Pros

The interview process at Authenticom was thorough, thoughtful, and engaging. I spoke with the Creative Director, CRO, and President, and each conversation felt purposeful and professional. The questions went beyond the surface—they challenged me to think critically and demonstrate my expertise. At the same time, it was very much a two-way dialogue. The conversation was easy flowing, and the responses I received were open, honest, and insightful. I walked away not only feeling well understood but also knowing I had found the right team to join.

There were no cons in my interview process.

Pros

Co-workers were great (with the exception of upper management roles) Great location Great learning experience

Cons

Upper management has no appreciation for the employees who actually do their job and often lies to employees about what issues truly exist. There seems to be a new issue or hurdle every week for the company. The CEO is NOT a trustworthy person, to put it nicely. CEO will fire any upper management that doesn't agree with him, so upper management can only do so much to help employees. HR is a joke. Seems like all upper management/HR makes up the rules as they go. Getting appropriate compensation is a huge struggle. Any place is better to work than this place. This is a very dishonest company.
