Pros
I am working with the organisation from past 8 years. I have build products with a small team and scaled both to a multi product development team. I have grown in roles, my salary was corrected every year to match the industry standards and i also got promotions through out the years. we at technology have flexible environment, remote for executors and hybrid for startegists. Good HR policies and really evolved in last 2 years. People still don't believe we went back to no compulsory 9 hours at office. My HRBP takes care of the team issues independently and i get time to execute well. We have a few claude subscriptions now..
Cons
No product planning, No clear path, we go too fast and then we start something else. Too many prioritise, Sales focused and not tech focused. We need to spend more in tech hiring and support. To start with better latops.
