      Positive team environment among analysts in the beginning with a simple mission - Improve employability of workers with diagnosed. Thus, business model was simpler this way.

      Cons

      Social politics was allowed from the top down, sowing division among different groups starting in ~2022. Hence, complicating the company mission & negative impact on the business model.

      Job stability for many, inspiring vision and great starting point. Great for juniors.

      Cons

      Anything above junior levels focus mainly on people management. Years behind industry and focus only on managing people versus upskilling to provide industry relevant training. Benefits for juniors but stressful and overwhelming for managers. Many sentiments of burnout across leaders.
