Pros
There are no longer any pros. It used to be a great company, but this has dissolved with lack of leaders with authority. Menards owns this company and has come in and taken over all aspects with little to no understanding of how the company operates. Also, they have openly yelled at employees (in public).
Cons
Low pay, company is falling apart with 2-3 resigning every week. Laid off vast majority of employees by email, stripped department funding, took away work from home days, no longer routinely takes out trash (I put this in here as a sign of the changes we have seen).
