Pros

I am a current employee at ARA, and am really happy with my job! The management is outstanding and definitely makes an effort to listen to everyone’s concerns and suggestions to improve the overall working experience. There’s plenty of opportunities offered to learn and grow within the workplace community.

Cons

I can’t really think of many cons. We have long days and a lot of travel clinics, but it’s well-prefaced upon starting the job. I still have a pretty good work-life balance. I can see myself being employed here for years to come.

Thank you for the review! It is true that some days can be early and/or long when traveling outside of the Austin area for our medical technicians and traveling receptionists. Thank you so much for being part of the team!

Pros

Amazing co-workers and physicians. Beautiful offices, PTO accrual is at a good rate. good growth and skills learned in all departments. Regional aspect makes it better for work-life balance. Remote positions available(after experience).

Cons

Extremely short staffed to where people are burnt out. Not much acknowledgement to burn out. Being told they are making changes to make it better for employees, but making it more difficult. Being told we are heard, which may be true, but are not understood. Plans to rely on AI for working models to cut cost. Increasing physician count and patient count while reducing staff or keeping it the same, spreading current staff thinner. due to burn out, many people are quitting. high turnover rate.
