Pros

Can't think of a single one.

Cons

This company has always treated the employees terrible, but since US Oral Surgery took over, it has gotten exponentially worse. They say one thing that sounds positive and good, even healthy, and then their actions say the opposite. It's all blowing smoke. I have never seen anything quite like this. It is a very abusive place and it trickles down from the executives and through some of the doctors. There is no teamwork. All the offices and departments seem to clash with one another. There is a lot of tattling and passive-aggressive behavior. It feels like working with a bunch of toddlers. Needless to say, the turnover rate is very high with this company and the benefits are terrible. There's really no positive reason to work at this place. The work-life balance is horrible. There is no opportunity for growth or promotion. Most people are looking for new jobs. Do yourself a favor and find somewhere else to work if you want to be treated well and actually get to see your family.

Pros

Doctors buy you lunch, pay is good, and patients are sweet.

Cons

On your feet from 8am to 5:30pm or later. I remember leaving work and my dogs were barking. iykyk. Long hours and it can be very fast paced and intense at times.

Pros

Benefits were good. Health, dental, vision and I used the daycare account they offered.

Cons

Management in Temple issues favoritism and ableism. They don’t take the time to cross train anyone and managers hoard patient charts causing delays in patient care and then lose some patients. Hours also change during busy season.
