      Mission-Driven Culture: A genuine sense of purpose across the board; people are here because they care about patient outcomes and community impact. Technical & Clinical Excellence: As a major tertiary provider, there is a high standard for research, data integrity, and complex problem-solving.

      Cons

      Parking Pains: On-site parking is notoriously difficult to secure; if you aren't a fan of public transport, the morning scramble is real.
