      If you just need a job then I recommend to take it but look for another place the entire time. Very toxic environment, high high turn over rate. They wanted someone who was there for 3 months to train me, very disorganized training manual/systems. Everyone is terrified of the 5'2" man because apparently he has a huge temper, and reguarlay yells at his employees and constantly smokes in the slab show room.

      Great entry level job. Able to grow quickly in the company and learn a lot of the granite business.

      Cons

      Management and owner have two different visons for company direction which leads to a lot of confusion.
