There is no training even if promised. There is also no clear set list of job duties or titles for anyone. So you must be self driven, self-teaching but if you take initiative, be prepared to be wrong about 95% of the time. There is a lot of yelling and throwing things in the office. All the girls and sales reps in the office speak only english and all the men in fab and install only speak spanish with the exception of one. This creates a big communication problem but it also used as an advantage since he is the only one that speaks both languages. Dont expect any type of acknowledgements of a job well. There are different expectations for everyone there (some can be late, some cannot, some get lunches, some do not, allowed days off vary). The turnover rate is unreal for such a small business and there are plenty of reasons why. Save yourself the time and energy and find a job elsewhere.
