Employee-owned culture, strong leadership, training opportunities, supportive team environment. Working at Austin Commercial was truly a dream job for me. The employee-owned structure creates a culture where people genuinely care, about the company and about each other. The Houston office had a supportive, collaborative environment that made coming to work something I actually enjoyed. There was strong encouragement around continued education and training, and cross-training was not only allowed but supported. I felt trusted, challenged, and given a clear path to grow in my role. My boss was fair, positive, and fun to work with. He set meaningful challenges for me and gave me opportunities to expand my skillset in ways that built real confidence and capability. The team culture was equally strong with supportive peers, open communication, and a shared sense of ownership. I would absolutely still be working there today if not for the commute. I recommend Austin Commercial without hesitation to friends and family.
