Pros

Really good company to work for, nice people. Unfortunately due to family issues, i have had to leave.. if i come back to newcastle i will apply again. They care about your well being.. the job can be stressful but what good paying job isnt? the pay is good also

Cons

parking is horrible and the hours can sometimes be stressful but is it give or take

Pros

They pay you on time and the location is near a shopping centre so you can escape for lunch!

Cons

Micro management from directors, they do not trust any one to do a good job. Telesales team are rude, swear whilst on the phone and very unprofessional. Telesales team forever changing because the pressure is high to get appointments. Telesales team made to contact clients who have requested to be deleted from the list which is illegal. Consultants made to sit around in the car if no appointments are made for that day.

Pros

Finishing Times. The times when you are not at work being treated like a battery hen.

Cons

Have to ask permission to go to the toilet or to get a coffee/water, keep getting you in for 4 hour "trial" shifts at their discretion. As a result they have an extremely high turnover of staff. Pay $19 an hour less superannuation no performance bonuses for booking appointments.
