Pros

Not a single pro can be listed.

Cons

No benefits, stocks are worthless, salary is low. There are daily time-wasting meetings that last 1-2 hours (this includes Saturdays and Sundays). Get everything in writing, co-founders constantly go back on their word. Behind closed doors, co-founders/managers constantly gossip about clients, competitor or other companies. (Senior) managers won't hesitate to throw people under the bus or shift blame. My new role has 2x salary, benefits, great team & culture, and is dog-friendly (these guys hate dogs).

Amazing team work culture. At Auryc you'll work with a very talented team where everyone is always open to help and collaborate with each other. Proud to be a part of a team where your ideas and work are valued allowing you to make an impact on the product. Great work life/balance and time/location flexibility.

Cons

Might find yourself juggling multiple tasks at once but understandable due to growth stage.

Pros

I've been with Auryc for about a year. I have been witnessing the company grow at full speed with product and customer success investments. Everyone within the company shares the same vision which is to produce the best-in-class customer journey solutions, and is committed to providing the best service to their customers by working as ONE team. Everyone is having an IMPACT here! The company's product is quick to set up, easy to use, and producing valuable insights instantly. I'm amazed to see how many times customers got wow’ed by the unique insights and avid support from the company. Some customers would even regularly turn to Auryc for custom solutions whenever they get stuck with their daily business and need to dig deeper to understand user behavior at both individual level and across the sites. As someone who has worked in multiple companies in this space, I see Auryc in a very unique position to help companies with digital emphasis eliminate user friction, increase conversion, and contribute to bottom line.

Cons

The company is working hard to keep up with customer growth as customers like us! We need to invest in hiring to get ready for the next level.
