      Pros

      Collaborative environment, extremely bright people both in IQ and EQ, very strong relationships with portfolio company management teams, high integrity, junior professionals supported in getting into and returning from business school, creative thinkers in corporate strategy.

      Cons

      Extreme commitment (its private equity).
