Pros

Great teamwork, work is always consistent

Cons

Pay is not that great for the amount of work they expect of you, Management never seems to have any idea what's going on and never communicates very fluently with other team members about what is and is not expected of projects, etc. Especially in regards to rule changes or changes in procedure. Work load is HIGH, stuff that should be handled by managers is constantly passed down to low level staff. Team Leads take advantage of their position and sit around sleeping at their desks instead of helping other staff. Company used to be much more laid back and comfortable and has been an over corporatized machine/robot of operations where policy is all that matters.
