At the ground level there are a lot of great employees who pour their heart and soul in this company with hopes that they can make a difference.
Cons
Management does not operate with honesty and integrity. There is a small group at the top who are only concerned with their job titles and management perks. Concern for their clients and workforce is not their priority. They are not held accountable for their bad behavior, bad decision making, or mistreatment of their employees. Management staff who should be fired for their actions are instead promoted and protected by their friends at the top. Middle management does not have the skills or leadership abilities to be in the positions they are in. They are chosen based on their willingness to do as they are told and not ask questions. If you are a hard-working, intelligent individual who is capable of leading your own work and you expect to work for a company that operates with honesty and dignity this is not the place for you. If you act in way to move up you will lose your self respect. If you keep your self respect, you will never be allowed to move up. This is a Human Resources company who does not follow the basic rules of Human Resources.
