Pros
You get what you put in here. I have been promoted several times and have worked all over the organization. My feeling is that Augury is run by people who genuinely care about their people. When I was sick and took off, HR sent me a care package. They invest in my learning and personal development. I have only had managers that are human, don't treat me like a number, and are people that I can enjoy hanging out with outside of work. The flexible PTO is legit and they treat you like an adult. Do your work and take the time you need. I have never felt pressure about taking time off or turning my focus away from work to focus on my personal life. I am constantly surrounded by people who want to grow and learn, who give a damn and want to get things done, who love to tinker until it's better and know that the iterating is never done. The product genuinely helps the customers that use it too.
Cons
I really don't have many. I truly love it here. If I had to list some cons, I think the services and product teams could be more responsive, agile, and efficient. As a growing company, processes are currently breaking due to scale and it can be too long until new processes are implemented which can be chaotic. Lastly, there is definitely a disconnect between the US & Israeli teams. Time difference and mentality is very much a factor. But even after saying all of that, I wake up in the morning and never dread going to work and can see the progress that we are making on all of these things.
