      It’s a good company with grate people and big personalities to grow People work there for 25 years something that is unusual in the tech industry

      Cons

      You’re first salary will be good but after that they don’t like to raise your salary Sum projects are really old so they use old technology They don’t like to fire people so a lot of people get to hi positions even when thy don’t deserve it The work/life balance is really good

      Pros

      Friendly colleagues, frequent free gifts, team lunches, and other good benefits.

      Cons

      Internally, feels like the company is still at 2000s. The processes are old and slow. Lots of spreadsheets to keep information. No Knowledge base Confusing HR. Everything takes forever to be decided. 90% of the executives are in Israel. With the time zones, and the unpaired work days, simply decisions take at least 2 business days.
