      Pros

      Amazon name on CV Start-up vibe, but with access to Amazon infrastructure and resources Get to meet, work with and learn from some interesting people

      Cons

      Really horrible, unwelcoming cliquey culture. Very much a sense that if you don't get in with the right people, your time there will be short. I avoided the worst of this, but saw first-hand how talented new joiners fell foul of said culture. At times it can genuinely be nasty.

      Audible is an Amazon company. I think as a whole, this company attracts people who are kind and fun spirited. Good product.

      Pros

      Audible is an Amazon company. I think as a whole, this company attracts people who are kind and fun spirited. Some who come from other big tech companies may think us as nerdy or quiet but I think it’s the lack of toxic compatibility that you tend to see at those other companies. I purely enjoy working with my colleagues and the work that I do, which I can hardly say about the other big tech companies I worked at. Free lunch and commuter/parking benefit

      Cons

      5-day RTO. The headquarter is in Newark, NJ. The commute can be hard for some.
