      Pros

      Smart colleagues who genuinely care and want to build products and solve problems. Startup environment with full Amazon benefits. Complimentary lunch served each day is one of the best perks. Opportunities to explore different areas within the company, moving around and pivoting roles is encouraged. Very little PowerPoint.

      Cons

      Fairly political environment, new employee onboarding (about data and tools used here) could definitely be better. You have to figure out everything on your own. Lack of documentation around data and models.

      Audible is an Amazon company. I think as a whole, this company attracts people who are kind and fun spirited. Good product.

      Pros

      Audible is an Amazon company. I think as a whole, this company attracts people who are kind and fun spirited. Some who come from other big tech companies may think us as nerdy or quiet but I think it’s the lack of toxic compatibility that you tend to see at those other companies. I purely enjoy working with my colleagues and the work that I do, which I can hardly say about the other big tech companies I worked at. Free lunch and commuter/parking benefit

      Cons

      5-day RTO. The headquarter is in Newark, NJ. The commute can be hard for some.
