      Pros

      Lot of learning within the department. Since it is a new factory, the work team and management are open for new ideas and discussions

      Cons

      Processes need to be further developed / implemented since it is a new company. Takes a lot of time and effort. It is fun to be part of it though

      Pros

      Everything about Audi was a pro, the people, my boss, the entire management team, flexibility, the pay, the perks, company vehicle and incentives!

      Cons

      The major lay off and not knowing how essential our jobs were to the field and how the stores needed us in order to sell product and for product to look visually appealing to the consumer!
