Pros

- Pay plan is decent but could be better

- Managers are held accountable and are always there to help you succeed
- If you work here, you will grow, whether you want to or not
- Management is one of the best I've seen in the business, no one will be left behind as long as you ask for help.
Cons
- Lots of micro-managing, you can take this as a negative but can also be a positive if you are trying to grow as a salesperson/individual
- Hours can feel long, but there are dealerships that still do 12 hour shifts
- No days off on the last week of the month
