      - Portfolio Managers have a deep understanding of the MENA market - Head of Research is a macroeconomics freak - A lot benefits (insurance, lunch, company travel, vacation) - Great Career Prospects

      - Compensation might be on the lower side at the beginning - A little bit of bureaucracy

      Pros

      Great exposure on MENA and Gulf equities . Learn about different industries, fundamental and relative valuation including DCF,DDM, multiples. Preparing investment notes and communicating with other departments.

      Cons

      Work on the GULF market and hence Sunday is a working day. Weak opportunity to communicate with clients and recommend any investments or provide advice.
