Pros
Nice, clean & well kept buidling, good location with lots of parking, regular hours with rare evening work (8-5). My teammates were nice.
Cons
Not sure where to even start! Their tech is a nightmare. It seems like they just bought the absolute cheapest products they could get away with. Nothing works, half the day is spent fixing the basic things that should just work like nightly backups, server monitoring software, antivirus, etc. Good luck to anyone trusting their backups or security to this company. And good luck changing it, this is a place that will spend a dollar to save a dime if you know what I mean. At some point all the IT staff quit, nobody had been here more than a year. That should tell you something right there. Excluding the owner this company has no people of colour except in entry level roles. The building is not handicap accessible. Once I bumped into a fire extinguisher and noticed it was covered in dust and said replace by 2019. I brought it up but a month later it was still there.
