      Pros

      The unlimited PTO and the design team were amazing. I loved my immediate team and they were all devastated that I was let go. That was kind of them.

      Cons

      No advancement opportunities. Did not provide continuing training to upskill. They seemed lost in what they were doing. They were in Chapter 11 Bankruptcy.
