Nothing much good to say about this place, your just a slab of beef to them

Cons

Pay plan changes with owners mood, mangers play favorites if you not liked they try to starve you out. Managers are not equipped for the position, its all politics .

It doesn't sound like this person worked for Auction Direct USA... our sales pay plan hasn't changed in years and we don't have an "owner". Also, our managers prosper when our sales team prospers! So it's in everyone's best interest for our sales team to be successful! ADUSA may not be for everyone, but we pride ourselves on being a fair, respectful, fun place to work.

There truly are some wonderful people who work here that deserve better.

Cons

First, the current CEO is Sal Longo and it is stunning how he treats everyone here. Every single interaction with him feels like an interrogation. He uses fear to "motivate" everyone here. In no way is he inspiring or capable of leading others. Absolutely no one here likes him since he took over the company.
