Some from Sr. Management are ruining this company by running a parallel organization within, only if you confine to their circle will you be taken care. The irony is that HR dept which was the best few years back is now a sinking ship, the organization does not have a grievance addressing process within ;the current HR lacks in communicating the basic stuff. Those heading the delivery and product thinks that the junior folks will suffer anything and they will not understand their dirty tricks. Even though they are technically good, when it comes to professionalism they fail miserably .
