      Pay is good with some magic on your taxes to achieve the net salary you want.

      Cons

      If their client fires you, it's a goodbye to them, too. Don't bother to report to DOLE because they know how to play with labor law. Remember they know how to play with taxes as well? :)

      In the account that I’m assigned to, there are pretty good incentives. The working environment is better that you think of.

      Offering remote work and flexible time

      Cons

      Call center culture and has a very cheap management style. Not the corporate environment you are expecting, as they label themselves as premium. Backstabbing culture. You need to be a yes-person to keep your job.
