It is hard to think of any. Some people are nice. There's paid holiday work, but you can find that elsewhere.

My advice to anyone looking to work in this industry: apply to any other art transportation company in the Bay Area. They all pay more at start. Mostly, do it to be safe! I feel like I have to write something about this company to be transparent about a place that ruined my life for a number of years. It's a privately owned company that has no infrastructure for management, employee safety, or Leadership. It was the most unsafe I ever felt working in this industry. There's no union, and most the employees are afraid to speak-up due to job security. I tried, and found myself fighting a system not worth it. The minute I got different employment it revealed to me how true all of my years of what felt insane were. It's a very unprofessional place that fosters "winging" it. And with that comes a price. ..
