Pay was on the higher end ($2-$4 more per hour) compared to other companies. Clinic was nice and so are other employees.
Cons
Bare minimum training for therapists compared to other companies. You complete video modules, one first session with BCBA. You have to beg to shadow other therapists before starting. You won’t be trained to deal with any aggression or dangerous behaviors, they turn you loose and hope you won’t get hurt or quit. All training unpaid. Can be hard to get your supervisor to supervise you regularly the BCBAs are hit or miss. Some are very ethical and others do not care and won’t see you for weeks on end.
Paychecks are late and sometimes wrong. You are paid once a month.
Extremely high employee turnover. On boarding process was long, over a month.
