- Schedules will regularly change with little or no notice. - Policies will change so frequently that even management won't be on the same page about what the current policies are. - Favoritism is rife; some collectors are based in KY and supervisors/DM that are based there will show them favor and change rules to benefit them. - Hard work is not rewarded; there is an overemphasis on KPIs and script adherence that don't drive results. - DM will gaslight you; it is very difficult to report problems and not be made to feel that you are doing something wrong by reporting it. - You can be written up/given occurrences for minor things, for example taking off PTO towards the end of the month. - Bonuses have been steadily declining for several years and you have to jump through more and more hoops to attain them (expect that the longer you work there, the more you will be expected to do for less money). - Supervisors/DM will close ranks and you will likely face retaliation if you pursue an issue. HR will likely not take this seriously.
