Cons
Owners and upper management are predominantly just not good people. I feel that their company takes advantage of young women in Austin looking to work in retail by paying low wages, overworking them, and giving them no trust or freedom to grow as professionals. When I worked here just a few years ago we used a paper punch clock, and were frequently scorned like children, or better yet, ignored when we posed legitimate complaints of any sort. Not only that, but they take advantage of local artists by not giving them the respect or profit they deserve. In my experience working here, not many people were happy there- from bottom to top.
