Low salary, illogical and unfair practices when it comes to appraisals such that even after your 2nd appraisal, your salary is still less than other MNCs' freshers' starting package. Again, If you want a good appraisal(which again does not exceed 8%), you need to learn new technologies and clear assessments of the same apart from the work that you're doing in the office. It doesn't matter how well you perform in the office. In the end, you need to do company's certifications as well. If you're a very hard-working employee, you get a certificate called spot-award anf that's it. Doesn't appreciate or increase the pay of someone who has worked hard, instead gives good appraisals to those who are at the verge of leaving the firm making it difficult for managers to find a new resource for the same work to be done.
