Pros
Many benefits from HR Initiatives, from well stocked pantry to Open communication channels with Higher Management.
Cons
Due to the nature of the business and the way it has operated for so long, actual work processes are much to difficult to change even though clear benefits to the change can be seen. Also salary rate isn't as competitive as in the market.
