Pros
Good benefits package (matched pension contributions, yearly bonus, private healthcare), flexible working hours, no or little overtime requirements, good team leader, good colleagues. Nice office atmosphere.
Cons
Since 2007 a restricted pay increase (i.e. none), lack of opportunities or well defined career advancement path, some colleagues worth their weight in hot air. Lack of appropriate equipment (dual monitors!)
