      Cons

      Very clicky/inexperienced/amateur management team. Appalling treatment of staff. As a result very high staff turnover. Promotion based on how well you are liked and not your ability to do the job.

      Treats employees fairly, good benefits, and a competitive salary

      Cons

      Atos has had some lean years, and there were times we worried about layoffs. Additionally, if contracts end, they may terminate the employment of these employees.
