      Pros

      Can't think of any off the top of my head. Paycheck? Decent pay? 10 years with the company--if that is a pro or apathy?

      Cons

      The only focus is on the financials. Outsourced IT based on resources? Purely numbers on a spreadsheet. Micro-managed to a massive level. First conference call with the new company: "You are not meeting your numbers!!" Hey, welcome to the team. Short sighted, bottom line focused company. Benefits are merely adequate to bad.

      No raises, bonus often cut down due to KPIs not met, uncertainty with client relationships, mergers affecting overall employee staffing strategy
