Very flexible work hours. Big projects & high stability. Development team is mature & there is a continuous improvement amongst the team. Salaries are always paid on time, never delayed. Based on customer feedback, salary adjustment might be applied for certain employees, regardless of titles.
Cons
Lack of supervision. Salaries are a bit below market. Annual Salary increase might delay for more than a year. Bonus is not always fully paid. Lack of development plans for employees. No career growth.
