Pros
Easiest serving job you'll ever find, and the tips are really good. You greet with waters/bottles, and coffee is self-serve, so there's very little refill/maintenance. It's a destination spot, so upset/picky customers are very rare. Most people who come in are on vacation, saw it on TV, and are excited to be there. The tips are incredible if you work in the morning.
Cons
Tips are garbage at night. Turnover is VERY HIGH. Their longest standing employees are at about two years, and most of them don't last long after that. This is not a place for a career. Despite their constant insisting otherwise, they do not value their employees. Anything done outside your normal range of work is very likely not going to be compensated or recognized: meetings on days off, helping at other stores, projects to help management, training, etc. Upper management is fire happy and unapproachable. It's a rotating door for store managers, because they don't get trained properly, and upper management does not have performance reviews with them before firing. Managers are also pressured to behave this way, so hourly staff drop like flies as well, regardless of their hard work or accomplishments with the company. It's a very one-and-done environment. Seriously, I've never worked any place with as many firings as here.
