Don't join If you really want to do something meaningful. Most senior management members are not professional. They don't have professional knowledge, direction, insight, responsibility, management skills and morality. It is bad to have a non-smart management team, but even worse the team has no interest to improve and develop the company. I actually don't know what exactly the company is trying to do, and the only thing I could confirm is those reviews with high marks are fraud.
