Pros
The benefits are decent except for time off. They clump together your sick leave and PTO, and you actually get a lot less time off compared to many other companies because of that.
Cons
Atmos does not value your previous experiences and education. The company culture is a joke, and it is all circular logic, which works well if healthy and productive work environments are not important.
