Denial is so much easier than looking inward. Denial is so much easier than change. But denial needs narratives and cover stories. Denial needs content. Management is in denial about how rotten the working experience has become at Atlassian. All they can offer is empty, generic content about unlocking the potential of every team. Atlassian's vision and values reads like it was generated by AI. At this point, management is willfully ignorant. They've read every review here. They've mapped the user journey. They know that many content designers check Glassdoor during the recruitment process. They know they need to respond to all this feedback, either publicly or privately. But they are unwilling and incapable of moving forward.
