It was good for most of the time I was there

Company was sold to Gentoo Media, the biggest mistake for them and by the owners. It was all downhill from there. Before the company was purchased in August 2024 we used to have a right laugh and lots of fun, everyone knew everyone and it was a fabulous experience. Once sold it turned into a right state, employee welfare being forgotten, woeful Human resources department only interested in the company and not doing anything for company staff. A head of department about as useful as Kier Starmer, having to do 3 jobs by myself and been run into the ground. Lies were then invented by jealous female members of staff to bring me and several other individuals down. The company lacks any ounce of professionalism or decency. It deeply misses the caring and considerate owners who left in September 2025, the previous ownership were the best people I have ever met, and I am sure they are as sad as me to see how Gentoo Media have ruined their once respectable business. Thanks for ruining our lives Gentoo, the best thing you can do is pull out, sell it to someone in England who cares about staff welfare. Put it up for sale for about £1, thats probably all its now worth.

Supportive founding members who genuinely cared about staff, friendly colleagues, strong social culture, good perks, and a positive environment in the early days.

Culture declined significantly under new management, and new staff members with clear favouritism, discrimination, and undermining behaviour.
