Pros
Good pay and regular bonuses for the work. Working from home was a great plus.
Cons
Supervisor engaged in unprofessional correspondence; encouraged questions though repeatedly insisted they did not understand certain hurdles; terminated me for stating training was insufficient. Training consisted of two hours of training videos made by supervisor on how to use the company software, an hour of listening in on calls by current workers, and half an hour of supervised calling and data entry. Would regularly be told to correct mistakes in data entry though rarely the "why" they were mistakes so as to avoid making them in the future. Given a script to follow and immediately instructed to not use it, and denied a written account of advice to follow instead.
