Pros

Staff through interview process were nice but you could tell an agenda was being pushed.

Cons

I only interviewed here but there were many red flags that I noticed that people who are more vulnerable or don't understand the signs of MLM might not notice. First of all they were trading upon another name for their new Irish company therefore there was no financial records and it turned out to be a start up which was not mentioned in the group interview. The salary they advertise is totally inflated, i'm not sure where they pull these figures from but they should provide evidence if they want to advertise this. The phone interview was slightly odd and the feedback from the first group interview was totally overly positive . There was discrepancies between what the owner and administrator said about progression in the recruitment stage, in which the owner said everyone would move on to the next stage but the administrator lady said not everyone was chosen but I was specifically chosen because I stood out so much. Honestly if I hadn't watched enough cult documentaries I would have been completely flattered and not noticed this endocrinal like behavior. The final interview was the same, they told me how great I was and offered me the job, but judging by some of these reviews they hire anyone. Please be careful and notice the red flags if you are applying. I never accepted the offer but if you want a stable job it doesn't look like the most reliable job, the lying and ego flattering are complete signs to run.

We're sure the team at Fenix Promotions would have been happy to answer your questions and queries, as it seems you have misunderstood the industry. Within our organisation, we take pride in training our administration team to the highest standard. We are happy to hear that you were treated with positivity and respect throughout your recruitment process, and we're sorry you interpreted that as malicious or disingenuous. A super friendly and upbeat workplace with high energy, the owners Callum and Ujla are so refreshingly upfront about the role, the incentives the opportunity for growth and the training and support offered to new starts. The whole office culture is one of honesty and hard-work.

Cons

the high energy can be ab it loud in the morning but it just helps wake you up and get you ready for the day!
