Hard to translate lesson plans for non-English speakers, newcomers need some kind of orientation so they are not disturbed by the learning of others.
The students were awesome, as were my fellow teachers.
Cons
Management lacked vision, were unable to motivate and resorted to threats on a regular basis. The school itself was poorly maintained and lacked ventilation and air conditioning, which made warm spring days unbearable.
