      Pros

      Flex hours, hybrid WFH, most of my coworkers were incredible to work with. I enjoyed my time at Atlas.

      Cons

      Pay was just below being competitive, no 100% paid maternity leave program, and it takes 6 years to be fully vested.

      Great benefits and there is potential to learn lots of knowledge and information.

      Cons

      Personal lives brought into work environment, gossiping and rumors flying constantly, no leadership/management, no help from supervisors, and most hostile work environment I have ever worked in.
