Pros

Fun atmosphere, teamwork, growth opportunity, hands on training, travel opportunities, professional, resume building, no micromanagement, promotions from within

Cons

long hours, performance based advancement, most people straight out of college, rude customers, lots of things to adapt to quick, have to be solution oriented or you wont succeed

Pros

The pro's are that the system of sales that is taught here works very well. The broker that Atlas Ohio works with, Cydcor gives a great opportunity with other business owners.

Cons

The business is run very poorly. It is a 100% commission, door to door sales job. Personally, I have had a very difficult time receiving my paychecks once I left Atlas Ohio. I left in October, it is now January of the next year and I am still waiting for two paychecks to show up. However, I have received my W2's so it is the ownership that has not mailed my checks. They will try to impulse you into starting at Atlas Ohio. On the outside, it seems like it is a good opportunity; but my advice is take my word and look for another job. No sick time, no benefits, no paid vacation, no insurance. The work hours are roughly 10 am to 9 pm. Keep in mind that you are getting paid 100% commission. If you look around, there will be more information on Atlas Ohio. Google. Atlas Ohio reviews on pissed consumer and you will read the truth. You are NOT paid for the meetings that are mandatory to attend in the morning. This is a desperate company. They hire anyone that will accept the position because so few people actually stick with this job.
