Pros
The biggest thing I was looking for when on the job hunt was a good and fun work environment. Atlas is definitely a very team and family oriented office. Coming from playing a sport my entire life and going to a small high school and college this job was a great transition for me. Here, I'm not just another person on a list or another statistic; here my team and manager knows how I work best and do their best to make sure that I can achieve my best results. We do work mostly in teams, and even compete in teams so my team has really become my second family.
Cons
I do currently commute from Delaware, so sometimes the traffic can be somewhat of an issue, but definitely not impossible. But, the people in the office make the commute worth it.
