      The best culture I've ever worked in Brilliant CEO (Sean), wonderful team (HR), inspiring and engaging Exec and Leadership Team Stretching and interesting work, valued and recognised for a job well done, respect and care shown for life outside of work, genuinely good fun!

      Pros

      Empowerment and support from management. Generally a good company to work for. Lots of additional benefits.

      Cons

      Although the company do try to promote within where possible, opportunity is limited. Salary is quite low unless you are a senior manager but that is fairly standard in hospitality.
