Pros
Fixed working hours. Not a lot of over time work. Favorable working atmosphere. Good team and co workers who dont hesitate to help you in anything. Can learn a lot from others.
Cons
Location is not favorable for career growth. The product I was in was legacy and so the work was on outdated technologies. No onsite opportunity since it is a product based company. The product training was not very useful and time consuming. The structure of the training has to change.
